If a seller on eBay has rejected the return policy, PayPal can do something or should I ignore the production?
The product is sealed Factory agreement with him. And the product is over 20 years. age. My concern is that he has a tape, which could have worsened the quality voice on the tape. If you are in the United Kingdom and the private seller, so they are not entitled to any refund. It is prudent purchaser. To be fair, how could he be sure it's open? Just ask all the questions you have to do to feel better. This about a day, so no risk, if you want to take a chance. Where can you get?
