How can I import a photoshop file into flash?

There is a T-shirt template that I received that is a flash file for a t shirt contest, I created my image in photoshop now how can I get that image to flash? Thanks:)

First start by saving your image from Photoshop. Once this is complete you need to open your flash file. Go to file>import>import to stage and then browse from your image. Select it and click ok. Your image should now be inside of your flash document. Remember this only works if your flash file is a .fla and not a .swf.
