how can i learn blue magic in final fantasy V advance?

i'm already as far as Walse, i just passed the part that the water crystal shattered and i get a couple of new jobs but i haven't learned any blue magic, any help will be appreciated.
Also should i really have a blue mage in my party? do i really need one?

you can only learn blue magic from the lesser creatures who use blue magic avaliable to your character, just like in FFXI
